CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that sometimes situations come up that require you to change your plans. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, I require that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations without 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 100% of the service price. Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged 100% of the service price. This fee is non-refundable and can not be put toward any future services. **LATE FEES** I allow a 15 min. grace period. After 15 mins there will be a fee of $15 for every 15 mins you’re late, up until an hour. (Only if I’m able to fit you in) After an hour the appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 100% of the of service.
