CANCELLATION POLICY
- Notice Requirement: Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. - Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made without 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 100% of the service price. This fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied toward future services - No-Show Policy: Missed appointments will also be charged 100% of the service price. This fee is also non-refundable and cannot be applied toward future services. Late Fees: - A 15-minute grace period is allowed. - After 15 minutes, a fee of $15 for every 15 minutes late will apply, up to a maximum of one hour. (If I can still accommodate you) - If you are more than an hour late, the appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged 100% of the service price. Additional Note: Due to limited space, please refrain from bringing children or extra guests.
