Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes situations come up that require you to change your plans. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, I require that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations without 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the service price. Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged 100% of the service price. This fee is non-refundable and can not be put toward any future services.
**LATE FEES** I allow a 15 min. grace period. After 15 mins there will be a fee of $15 for every 15 mins you’re late, up until an hour. After an hour the appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 100% of the service price.
